BBC Horizon Documentary – The Truth about Personality

This programme is not available on YouTube yet. Michael Mosley explores the latest science about how our personalities are created – and whether they can be changed. Mosley is a very pessimistic person and is also stressed. To try to change it he tries two techniques with very good results. One of them is meditating ten minutes a day.  The other one is  a game called "Training attention to help deal with stress"  in which you have to click once and and again on the smiling or accepting face. Perfect to fight stress:

Instructions
 The idea is to do this task at least 3 times a week over a 6 to 8 week period. You also need to do mindfulness meditation for around 10 minutes per day, 3 days a week, over the same period. Click on the headline above to learn more about this game  and similar ones.
